  • Therapy doesn’t follow a fixed timeline. Some people find meaningful shifts within a few months, while others choose to work for longer stretches as they explore deeper patterns, healing, and life transitions. The pace depends on your goals, your history, and what feels sustainable for you. We check in along the way and shape the process together so it fits your needs rather than forcing you into a timeline that isn’t yours.

  • No, although I usually suggest starting with weekly sessions for the first three or four weeks so we can get to know your needs, clarify your goals, and build some momentum. After that, most people continue weekly or shift to bi-weekly sessions as we work toward their goals and eventually move into a maintenance rhythm that feels sustainable, or pause when it feels clear you’ve met your goals.

  • A Good Faith Estimate is a document that outlines the expected cost of psychotherapy services for clients who are paying out of pocket. It includes your session fee, the potential number of sessions, and any anticipated charges so you can plan for your care. It’s not a bill, just a clear overview of what treatment may cost.
